Fellowship is grounded in qualitative evidence, conflict review, independent human review and a separate decision. There are no points, leaderboard, automated threshold or public member directory.

Nomination or voluntary application → conflict declaration → human review → independent decision → private role and responsibility view.
Fellowship application
An application opens a human review only. It is not selection, promotion or a trust score.
